Prepare for a lengthy entry today! I took my sweet time organizing every single coupon I've collected since February - it took approximately six hours. Insane, I know. I researched sales that were ending today and made sure to use any coupons that expire today. Then I spent two hours running around town to a variety of stores. Let's begin!

First stop, CVS # 1.

Garnier Fructis Instant Melting Conditioner - $3.34
Garnier Fructis Shampoo/Conditioner - $3.33/ea. x 2
Garnier 100% Vibrant Colors Hair Dye - $5.00/ea. x 2
Reeses - $0.79/ea. x 2

Subtotal: $21.58

Received: $5.00 ECB

This transaction didn't go completely as planned, because I had to deal with the little jerk cashier who thinks he can play the role of CVS god. (Insert eye roll here.)

Next stop, Kroger!

Cottonelle Toilet Paper 4pk. - $0.99
Diet Coke - $1.50/ea. x 2
Healthful Life Cat Food - $2.09
Cherry Kool-Aid - $0.20/ea. x 5

- $2.49 Kraft Cheese FREE Coupon (with purchase of 3 kraft items - koolaid)
- $1.00 Cottonelle Coupon

New Subtotal: $3.99

About a week ago we purchased the Pet Pride kitty litter, because they were out of our normal kind (Arm & Hammer) and we desperately needed some kitty litter. It was around 1am. We go home and went to change it and the bottle barely filled up the box - it was ridiculous. I emailed the company to complain and today I received a long apology letter and a coupon for a free kitty litter. I'm highly impressed with their response! This time, we were not disappointed either!

Okay, next I went to CVS # 2...

Stayfree Pads - $4.50/ea. x 2
Zipfizz - $5.99

Subtotal: $14.99

- $2.00 CVS Coupon ($2/$10)
- $4.50 Stayfree B1G1F Coupon

New Subtotal: $8.49

Used: $6.00 ECBs

Paid OOP: $2.49 + tax

Received: $5.00 & $5.99 ECBs

I was irked to pay so much out of pocket for this transaction, but my lowest ECB amount was $1.50. The $1.98 I tried to use expired ONE day ago and they would NOT let me use it. :( Keep an eye on those expiration dates!

Next stop, Rite Aid # 1...

Pledge Multi Surface Duster - $2.00/ea. x 2
Pert Shampoo/Conditioner - $2.99/ea. x 2
Itch-x - $3.99

Subtotal: $15.47

- $2.00 Rite Aid Rebate Check
- $1.00 Pledge Coupon
- $1.00 Pledge Coupon
- $3.00 Pert Coupon (with botanicals)
- $2.00 Pert Coupon

New Subtotal: $6.47 + tax

I will receive a $2.00 rebate for the Pledge Dusters, a $3.99 rebate for the Itch-x and a $1.50 rebate for the packaging tape. Total rebates: $7.49. Profit! :) I cannot submit for the Pert because I already bought it, but the coupons were expiring today and after the coupons I received two bottles for $0.99 - can't complain about that. BUT! There's a mail in rebate form on one of the bottles for up to $3.99 back!! PROFIT!!

Next was CVS # 3...

New Subtotal: $7.92 + tax

I only need one more bottle of Garnier to get another $5.00, I'll get that sometime this week.

Next I went to Rite Aid # 2...

Diet Coke - $1.39
Duck Packaging Tape - $1.50

Subtotal: $2.89

- $2.00 Rite Aid Rebate Check

New Subtotal: $0.89 + tax

Will receive $1.50 rebate for the packaging tape.

Also, Friday evening the husband met up with a woman to sell six packages of Walgreens diapers and the 39 packages of Gerber baby food that I received for free. We made $45.00 off the deal! The woman was extremely thankful. So were we. :)

Since this entry is already long, I figured I'd post updated pictures of my stockpile! :)

Toilet paper (low!), hershey syrup, cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, air fresheners, candles, etc.

Make up, shampoo/conditioner, mouthwash, dish detergent, feminine products, hair dye, wipes, facial products and samples.

This is my closet full of cat good, Walgreens diapers and the storage drawers on the left contain razors, toothbrushes, toothpastes, etc.

And that concludes my deals for today. It's 3:05am and I'm exhausted. Goodnight!
